Les mots qui disent la philanthropie
_____
The Essential New Philanthropy ABC
Resulting from a collective effort involving over 100 experts in the field (academics, public figures, entrepreneurs, leaders of the social and solidarity economy, ...), this multidisciplinary and polyphonic book, published by Odile Jacob in April 2024, brings together nearly 80 terms, from "Altruism" to "Zakat," from the lexical field of philanthropy.
Co-directed by Professor Arthur Gautier, holder of the Philanthropy Chair, alongside Perrine Simon-Nahum (École Normale Supérieure, CNRS), Isabelle Gougenheim (IDEAS), Laurence Lepetit (France Générosités), Paule-Henriette Lévy (Fondation du Judaïsme Français), and Brigitte Rozen (lawyer), this collective work results from the contributions of a hundred authors, including several of our Chair members, partners, and friends. The proceeds and rights generated by the book sales will be entirely donated to the association L'Ecole de la Générosité.
